Return Material Authorisation
To return your GME product for service or to make a warranty claim, you must return the product you believe to be defective at your own cost, before the end of the applicable warranty period.
Before returning any product to GME, you are required to complete an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request form and email the completed form to rma@gme.net.au (Australia) or nzrma@gme.net.au (New Zealand).
You will receive a return email containing your official RMA number, which you must include with the product being returned.
