Return Material Authorisation

To return your GME product for service or to make a warranty claim, you must return the goods you believe to be defective at your own cost, before the end of the applicable warranty period.

Before returning any product to GME, you are required to download an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request form , fill in all the required fields , and email the completed form to rma@gme.net.au

You will receive an email containing an official RMA number, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
